    A Societal Maxim: As Morality Decreases Corruption Always Increases

    Though this scene of John Trumbull's "Declaration of Independence" painting was contrived he attempted to capture the essence of the signing. In it he places a Bible on top of the presented Declaration symbolizing its role and importance to this historic event.

     

    The artists father by the same name said this "If you ask an American, who is his master? He will tell you he has none, nor any governor but Jesus Christ."

     

    The Importance of a Common Morality

    It didn't take long for the commie, liberal elite to destroy the moral bedrock of our society. What was that moral bedrock? Well anti-God types will scoff at this statement but that standard was the Biblical standard.

    Any Joe can look back in the last 60 years and see the advent of the sexual revolution and media fueled perversion that has overtaken our society strikingly corresponds with every metric of societal decline. It is a eye-opening area of study. Just Google crime graphs last 50 years and you get graph after graph showing spikes in crime from the 60's on.

    Every single one. The fact is we all know the 60's generation introduced sex, drugs, and rock and roll, and as a result the general corruption of the people started to grow exponentially. Now that we are 60 years into this me, me, me cycle of self-pleasing, it is little wonder that there is more debt, absurd amounts of crime and incarceration, heinous government corruption, and generalized ignorance among the people. This country is so ignorant it celebrates and rewards displays of ignorance as if in worship to a divine god ignorance. People zealously act the fool and record it, then place it out there on Youtube for the world to gawk at the audacity of their ignorance.

    As our common morality yields to the licentiousness of our culture, we must heed the warning of the founding generation. To undermine the common morality which is and has always been the Christian religion is an assault on our society itself. Listen to how John Adams, this countries 2nd President spoke of morality and its relationship to the success or downfall of society. In total disregard of PC culture Adams sounded like a preacher as well as a statesman when speaking to the military in 1798.

    "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." (Oct. 11, 1798 Address to the military)

    Christ Alone DVDTake special note when he says "We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions" he means NO form of government can contend with the evils of an ignorant society, not even a totalitarian dictatorship can whip into submission unchecked immorality in society. The lack of a common morality becomes the unraveling of all society. This is just the fact, societies decline based on the preservation of a common morality, for America it was the Christian Religion.

     

    The Founders Standard of Morality Was Biblical Morality

    The founding generation gave us a common morality, a morality based on the spiritual teachings of Jesus Christ and His handpicked Apostles. If you don't believe this then you may have been exposed to some truth twisting, atheist propaganda and have come to believe that the founders where deist or mason occultists. This simply is not true. Like all of us that make a point to stay informed these men and women were exposed to all the philosophies and sciences of their day, which was substantial to say the least. This means the Founders were privy to all of the discoveries of the enlightenment science, the classical philosophical literature, pagan religious texts and most especially the Bible. Out of all these texts the Bible withstood the test of time and as a result it demonstrates applicable Truth. This was not my opinion but the founders themselves.

    The signers of the Declaration signed a document that exhaustively listed their binding mutual principles, think "common morality" here. Would anyone sign their name if this document didn't express their common understanding and knowledge, especially considering it was under penalty of death by King George? Of course not, the 56 signers all agreed with Thomas Jefferson sealing the success of their rebellion to the providence of all mighty God. Thomas Jefferson the "supposed deist" penned a contract that he signed along with his fellow colonists, and entered into a pact with God towards the success of their rebellion. The ending line of that document states that implicitly.

    "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor."

    Think about it, the Declaration of Independence's chief executor and writer Thomas Jefferson penned an oath to God and then swore to it by signing his name and then that document went on to be ratified by 56 other founders, all who were duly elected, colonial representatives. This fact should blow your mind as to just how adamant they were about needing and wanting God to bless their work. Their blood was on the line, and they all signed it, nobody signs a document that they don't agree to, especially one of that magnitude.

    A reoccurring theme in quotes from a wide swath of our founding generation shows them all to be in agreement on the divine nature of the Bible. The Bible provided incredibly insightful realizations about nature and law, so they emphatically cited the Bible as the source of the success of this nation. Why? Because the moral teachings, spiritual principles, natural law principles and prescriptions found in the Bible are by far the most evergreen throughout generations.

    George Washington General of the Revolutionary Army and our nation's first President stated,

    “Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.”
    ...
    “Purity of morals is the only sure foundation of public happiness in any country.”

    Again George Washington another slandered mason and supposed deist said, "Purity of morals is the only sure foundation," so what purifies morals? Washington stated, it is the "essential pillar" of religion that purifies morality as a pillar of "civil society," which at that time was the common religion of Christianity, and the belief in a superintending God. Religion and Morality go hand in hand according to our first President, both sustain the other. This is George Washington who when taking the oath of office, history records could barely be heard he was so humbled by the position. That not only did he swear on the Bible, he also bent down and kissed it and then added his own words to the oath "So Help Me God." A phrase that is now included in the oath ceremony. Deists don't believe God helps them much less kiss a book, ascribed to him.

    Religious morality restrains wickedness, this is a fundamental fact. How do we know this to be so? Simple, even the heads of giant corporations, or military units, and prisons know that it is a best practice to have a Chaplin and minister in among the population of generally rowdy and lewd men. Having the gospel in some of the most volatile environments spurs assimilation of morality and thus lawfulness. It is religion that keeps the peace of those encampments, and provides common understanding to resolve disputes. Despite the supposed "separation of church and state" you will never see them remove the Bible and ministers from those environments. So why do we remove it from the political scene knowing this, seeing those corrupted men need restraint more than anyone.

    Benjamin Rush, Signer of the Declaration of Independence said.

    "[T]he only foundation for a useful education in a republic is to be aid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the object and life of all republican governments.  Without religion, I believe that learning does real mischief to the morals and principles of mankind."  

     

    Truly all we have now is learning without religion. So in summation only religion produces liberty in a culture, mainly the Christian religion.

     

    Liberty and Its Connection to Morality

    Liberty without the constraints of morality is licentiousness not liberty. A true understanding of liberty is based on unwavering principles, not license to live hedonistically like so many do nowadays. Even within the liberty movement there is a confusion in thinking, that liberty is license to indulge every lust. This is just a sad fact of the human condition. Liberals love to twist the laws of nature, but they can't twist this law. The lack of morality in our culture has created a sickly blackhole slowly strangling us to death in a vomited pool of our own self created love of perversity in the media and culture.

    "Let them revere nothing but Religion, Morality and Liberty."

    This quote was said by John Adams in a letter to his wife Abigail Adams, a woman who was a liberty genius and devout Christian in her own right. Every founder knew that the blessing of heaven was contingent on abiding by the Laws of Nature and Natures God. If you want to see what a society absent the fear of God looks like, look know further than the T.V. in your own living room. Sanctioned debauchery and glorified filth.

    It was the principles of the Bible and the Christian religion, that created our nation's founding common morality that allowed the miraculous to happen in 1776. It truly was nothing short of miraculous that the Declaration of Independence was ratified and signed. Over 2000 years later the Bible is still #1 on the bestselling chart. The market place doesn't lie and that has been consistent for millennia. The Bible is the most sought after Book in existence. And you had better believe every founder had a treasured Bible in their personal collections. Were they schooled in other philosophies? Yes. Did they have their doubts at times about the institutionalization of religion of course they did, but a few out of context quotes cherry-picked by atheists hardly undermines the common morality of that entire generation.

    Conclusion

    These Hollywood perverts and pedophile elites that fund and produce all this trash are traitors to our republic and should be hung as such. This also goes to the atheists liberals, who are purveyors of this anti-God and thus anti-Biblical instruction, they're traitors also. Undermining the common morality is tantamount to the high crime of treason. The founders equated this undermining with national suicide, and that is exactly what their ungodliness and liberal thinking has unleashed since the 60's, cultural death.

    The corruption, war, perversity and disintegration of our traditional value system is a symptom of the larger issue of immorality rampant within our institutions. Morality is the blood of our nation, and commerce, education and politics are dependent on the common morality and virtue it produces in the people.

    Morality + Religion = Liberty say this equation over and over until the connection clicks in your head.

    People need to stop with the slander of the faith of our own founders. It is undermining our common morality and thus shoots ourselves and future generations right in the foot with the foolishness as we pay in generalized corruption of the masses.

    Government cannot set a standard of morality, especially since government is the first to violate any said standard. The only way you can constrain government is through the conscience of those working in government; and the only way to do that is to preach the Bible, moral living, and the Laws of God to everyone from cradle to grave. A break down in this connection, will spell the end of any society. An end that looks like what America is now, an immoral, soon to be failed state.     We all stand guilty, the founders warned us, I am warning you now, and the Bible warned us. We have nothing without the common morality as shown to us by our founding generation. We all have been openly shown this connection, it is to our collective hurt to ignore this principle. The time to stand up against the porn purveyors of society was 60 years ago, so you all had better start making a scene and stand against things if we are to live on another generation.
