Earlier this month, Stephen Hawking went to Hell. Though his life was celebrated on this earth he was a professed atheist, who doubted the existence of God. While he was writhing in Hell, back on earth many celebrated this mans accomplishments in the realm of theoretical science. A branch of science that is purely based in unfounded mathematical theories and wild speculation about the nature of our universe. All Hawking did was traffic in un-proven theories touted as ultimate truth about how the universe was created. He was a liar, and God’s word says all liars will be cast into a lake of fire.
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:8)
Scientists who were looking to further memorialize his lies and life released news that he had left an unfinished paper that could have been his greatest work yet,
“Colleagues have revealed the renowned theoretical physicist’s final academic work was to set out the groundbreaking mathematics needed for a spacecraft to find traces of multiple big bangs.
Currently being reviewed by a leading scientific journal, the paper, named A Smooth Exit from Eternal Inflation, may turn out to be Hawking’s most important scientific legacy.
Fellow researchers have said that if the evidence which the new theory promises had been discovered before Hawking died last week, it may have secured the Nobel Prize which had eluded him for so long.” (Telegraph)
Though he speculated on a multiverse, or a parallel universe as a precursor to the Big Bang, what he didn't know is he himself was trafficking in the very things that split reality wide open. It is lies that create fractures in consciousness, and creation. The lies of cosmologists and theoretical physicists have confounded truth to such a degree, that many in the scientific community mock and ridicule the very concept of God. A universe without God, is dead, bleak, pointless, and void of reason and purpose. This is the universe he and his fellow science demagogues have lead humanity towards; an alternative universe cold and void of the love of a Creator God.
Things God Hates
God hates liars. Hates them. In terms of judgement, he places liars head-to-head with murderers in scripture.
“These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.” Proverbs 6:16-19
We can count, out of these seven hated abominations, four of them deal exclusively with lying or deceptive speaking.
“A lying tongue”
“a heart that deviseth wicked imaginations”
“false witness”
“he that soweth discord among brethren”
In this list we find that God hates lies of all types, even tiny white lies. Every category of lie is covered here. Fanciful embellishment, wicked imaginations, and even lying that causes grievous harm and confusion among people are labeled abominations. He hates it all. The reason is simple, yet at the same time extremely profound when we start thinking about this concept of lying in terms of our modern understanding of quantum and theoretical physics. Lies rip holes in the fabric of creation, more so than any theoretical blackhole ever could.
Perfect Truth
God can be understood as perfect Truth. From his perspective as creator and sustainer of all creation He and only He sees the workings of all things past, present and future. Only from that singular position can one claim to be Truth incarnate as God does in scripture. Paul when speaking of Jesus, he stated,
“For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.” Colossians 1:16-17
Jesus is being declared as the creator of all things visible and invisible here. He is the author of all the natural laws, an authority over a spectrum of subordinate creatures, and by Him and through His sustaining power the very world itself exists because He wills it as such.
John the Disciple of Christ, recognizing Jesus’ preeminence among the created order called him the Logos in Greek, or the Word of creation.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” John 1:1-3
The Word made all things. Which we understand as Jesus, Jesus is the Word made Flesh, Jesus is the code of creation made Flesh. This very thing is stated in verse 8 in this same chapter,
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. John 1:10
For the scientifically minded this should immediately bring to mind computer code. Trillions by trillions of lines of meticulous organized instructions that have the ability to generate a complete reality populated by sentient AI’s. The profound implications I hope are not lost on people reading this. Just think, the very code of creation, becoming a man and sacrificing Himself as a means to reconcile His fractured creation. Like a complex mathematical formula solving for X. Jesus His story, why He did what He did on the cross all of it, speaks immediately to this concept of lies and the real evil behind what they truly are. His mission has always been to restore reality, and truth in the hearts of mankind.
Splits in Reality
If God is the position of perfect Truth, then any part of creation whether Angelic or Human, who begins to use language to cloud and obscure God’s perfect truth is creating a new reality. A fork in creation, a new, yet false reality outside of the perfect Truth of God. Anyone that makes lies their refuge, looks to escape God, thinking they can obscure their evil deeds by crawling into an alternate reality where they can live outside the jurisdiction and authority of God are dead wrong. Isaiah the prophet condemning the leaders of Israel told them this very thing. He said,
Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: (Isaiah 28:15)
Just like our politicians, lying to the public to obscure their evil, forcing us all to live in their reality of untruths.
When we speak lies we are attempting to convince the hearer of those lies, to get them to fall in line with this new concept of reality. When people believe a person’s lies they are controlled by those lies. It is how evil people rule, they look to bring people into their reality that they might control them through the manipulation of their false cognition. Satan’s fall from Heaven without question is the quintessential example. This is what Satan did, he gets people to walk his path, his reality, for purposes of his own designs.
Scripture records that Satan began speaking a lie in Heaven. He said that God is not the only God, that he Satan, could overtake God’s position as Creator, simply by destroying Him with lies. The notion that he Satan could be god, created a glitch in the matrix. Angels who have never contemplated such a thing suddenly had to adjust to this new information and make a choice. Is this possible? Or is Satan insane for thinking the creature can become the creator?
The prophet Isaiah records the moment Lucifer’s lies caught up to Him,
“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.” Isaiah 14:12-14
Now take this first lie and extrapolate it out over billions of people and trillions of lies in the physical and the spiritual. What has resulted is so many variants and vectors away from Truth, Truth itself is thought to not even exist. This post-modern world has people believing Truth is as subjective and diverse as there are people themselves. Which is in itself a lie from the pit of hell. Creation is ordered, lawful, and you better believe there is a Lawgiver and Sustainer of all.
Conclusion
Lies are creating fragments in the created order. Like a mirror falling to the ground and shattering a single image into 1000’s of shards reflecting that exact image.
For me this concept is simply mesmerizing. Just how far away from God’s perfect Truth are we? How many lies upon lies have we all unwittingly accepted? These lies have shaped our thinking, our decisions, the paths we took throughout life. Each step either taking us farther into the devil’s fun house and hall of mirrors or taking us back to the originator of Truth Himself.
An analogy I use when thinking about the concept of who we are relative to a perfect God is this; what we are in essence is an unsolved equation. While Jesus represents a whole number 1 we are nothing but trailing decimals of sin and imperfection .82519785315470254010587… and so on.
What decimal place are you, .08? Or a .80 can you work your way back to 1.0 and perfection? The answer is no, we can never resolve the failures in our own past, nor can we resolve the failures ahead of us to a degree that restores us to perfection. We simply don’t have all the information to solve the equation. The Bible and the Law also say no, no you can’t operate in perfection because you as a created being are untold trillions of degrees away from the perfection of God. Only in Christ do we become a whole number again. Jesus’ work on earth is to reconcile all those that want to be reconciled and be made whole again.
The devil wants you to believe that you can do so much evil that you plummet into the negatives and can rid yourself of God and His authority over you. Simply create lies upon lies as he did and you will be god of your own creation and your own authority. This is the satanic doctrine, this was the lie he told Eve in the Garden of Eden, that you can reverse reality and become a god yourself. You simply must believe it so strongly that it becomes true. This is false, no matter how evil you become, how enveloped and lies you become will you ever escape the reality God has set out for us all.
The Great Work of Christ on the cross is to undo and destroy the works of the devil. He is a liar, he creates worlds with his lies and people plunge head first into them to their death. Christ on the other hand leads us back to Truth, it is the Truth of God that restores creation back to its original state. I want to be in that original state, I want to be with God our creator, and I want you the person reading this to be there with me, and not with the devil and his lies. Truth is simply accepting Christ for who he is and submitting yourself to His authority, having done that you become a child of perfection through Christ Himself. Remove yourself from the alternate realities and multiverse, and accept his work today.
Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3 :8
